    Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is a legally accepted mode of signing documents electronically. Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is used for auctions and e-tendering and also for certain exact use as may be specified.

    Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is the improved version of the Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). By using this certificate you can engage/bid in any type of e- tenders/auctions across India. To take part in the e-tendering process it’s mandatory to have a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) with the vendors.

    Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) is used by programs on the Internet and local systems to authorise the identity of a third party. The digital signatures are now acknowledged at par with handwritten signatures and the e-documents that need to be digitally signed are considered equivalent with paper documents.

    There are many types of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC). Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) is with the uppermost level of cryptographic security requirements.

    Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) can be allotted in the name of individuals as well as companies. As these are great assurance certificates, mainly planned for e-commerce applications, they will be allotted to individuals only on their physical presence before the Registration Authorities / Certifying Authorities.
